PhotoBox appoints new UK Managing Director
Strengthening its management team to accelerate growth and develop new channels, PhotoBox appoints Robert May to lead the UK for its flagship Photobox brand
UK, London, 23rd April, 2014 – PhotoBox, a leading personalised product printing company in Europe, has appointed Robert May as its UK Managing Director, to help strengthen the rapidly expanding PhotoBox brand. Robert is a seasoned E-commerce and marketing specialist, and his main focus will be orchestrating PhotoBox’s strategic integrated communication campaigns and overseeing investment into mobile platforms and apps.
Prior to PhotoBox, Robert was interim Marketing Director at Betfair and preceding this, Brand and Operations Director at Rank Interactive within its Blue Square Bet division. This followed over ten years at Camelot, during which time he worked in numerous marketing, e-commerce and business development roles from Head of E-commerce to Marketing Controller within Camelot’s international division.
Robert May will be reporting directly to Sebastien Rohart, PhotoBox’s Managing Director, who has driven PhotoBox’s growth in over 16 countries over the last seven years. Robert relays his excitement to be joining a company that enables customers to create customised and personal photo products, by saying:
